- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪When I started using the HCHC about 5 years ago, it was great knowing my doctor and dentist were in the same location. They had great people, and could usually get an appointment within a day (depending on time of day you're calling to schedule)... However, since they moved to there new location, their patient services have gone downhill quickly. If (and I do mean "IF") you're able to set an appointment within a week, 75% of the time, they'll call the night before to cancel your appointment, NOT confirm. It still has great people there, but they seem more focused on bringing in new patients, then caring for the ones who already use their services.July 15, 2017by John Brigham
